Hello, everyone.

I've set up an email tracking campaign and placed the JavaScript code supplied on the landing page and thank-you page, as instructed.

I go to my page and see an impression register in my hexatrack log. So far, so good. I put in my name and email address, which submits to my autoresponder service (icontact) and redirects back to a thank-you page on my server. This page has a meta redirect (2 seconds) to my clickbank hoplink and the JS code for hexatrack.

I do not see any conversions in my log.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Is the HT Javascript for your landing page located before the other redirect to Clickbank?

In general, if you load your landing page and then just load the thank you page, you should see the impression and then conversion (realtime).

Also, please make sure you did not include both landing page and thank you page code on the thank you page...

If you are still experiencing problems, we'll need to take a look at your account.

Please use the contact form after logging in and give us some details about which campaign you'd like us to look at.
Include the URL to your landing page and thank you page.

Hi,

Is the HT Javascript for your landing page located before the other redirect to Clickbank?

The HT Javascript is right before the </body> tag, as instructed. Then, in the <head> block I have a meta redirect that kicks in after a few seconds.

When I load the thank you page, I see a nice thank-you message and, in a few seconds, am redirected to the click-bank offer. I'll test the page without the redirect just to make sure that's not the problem...

No, I put the block for each page on its respective page. In my former life I was a web developer... I'm going to be shamed if it's driver error. Wink
