Hi Everyone...

I have had some problems getting approved by a handful of cpa networks.  Does anyone have any good advice on how I can get accepted?

Hey Jim,

Great question.

There are about 100 cpa networks out there.  Getting rejected by several of them happens to the best of us.

I am going to give you and everyone some advice in this regard.
This is a fail proff system to getting approved.
I've never once had it fail.

Before I share with everyone, let me provide you with a little background.

CPA Networks are tyring to stop fraudulent marketers from promoting their offers.
Often times the level of outright fraud in a cpa network can be very high.
Usually these accounts are terminated.  However it creates quite a problem in terms
of their recruitment process.

CPA Networks try to set their requirements quite high in their attmpts to stop the
"bad guys" from even applying to run their offers.

If you are aware of this you are about ten miles ahead of the competition.
Here is the way you reverse the tables and put the odds of acceptance overwhelmingly in your favor.

Instead of you applying to their network....Pick up the phone and you interview them to see if they
are good enough for you to work with.  In otherwords CALL THEM.

Speak with whomever is in charge of Search Marketing and interview them.
The stable principle is "whoever asks the last question is in control.  Isn't that correct?"   Wink

"I'm interested in your network but before I apply I want to know how you are different from A, B, c & D?"
(Dropping names of competitors is very helpful here....)

"What kind of payment terms do you offer?"

"How many offers do you have in your network?  Are these the exact same offers that I would find in A, B, C, D?"

"What affiliate tracking platform do you  guys use?  IS it Drect Track?  (Most of the industry uses DT?)

" Can you show me some of your offers in the _______ niche?"

"If I were to apply to your network, how long does the approval process take?"

"Can I apply while I have you on the phone?"

The better cpa networks all have salespeople who have some type of quote of new accounts they need to open for the month.
If you are asking the right questions and letting them know that you are already working with their competitors they will trip over themselves to get your account open.

On the flip side....if you canot find a phone number for the company....SKIP them and move on to a more legitimiate company.

Hope this helps.

Applications are very impersonal.  Get personal.  Pick up the phone and interview them.

Hi Harald,

Thanks for the 'heads up' but can I ask another favor. I have not used CPA networks and was wondering how they operate and how you promote CPA offers. I realise this is showing my absolute ignorance in regards CPA but oh well - you have to start somewhere. The little I think I know! is that CPA networks pay you per the amount of traffic you deliver to them - Is that correct. Sorry about the dumb questions and if there is a site that explains CPA networks can you point me towards it.

Regards,

Steve.

cpa networks are cost per action networks.

They do not pay you for traffic.  They pay you for "actions" that are taken by the visitors you send to them.

Advertisers go to cpa networks because advertisers want to keep fixed costs in their online lead generation and sales efforts.
These advertisers are usually very well known top name brands.

The business model looks as follows:

Advertiser agrees to pay CPA network $25.00 for every lead that is generated.
CPA network offers the deal to its thousands of publishers for $22 per lead.

The cpa network makes $3 per every lead that is being geenrated.

Examples of cpa networks are on the login page here at hexatrack.

CPA networks have thousands of offers available and track all the metrics of what is converting well.

Thank you for the explanation. I have a few further questions but this is probably not the place to ask how to promote CPA offers etc so I will do some research to find the answer to my questions.

Hi Harald,

You seem very nice and sincere in helping others. Keep it up!

Like SSoliver I have a novice question also. If you're promoting Clickbank products or brokering traffics for CPA products, do you need to make/ create your own new website related to the product your offering or you just send them right away to the landing page given by the advertisers?

Thank you in advance.
