Free version seems to have stop after 6days

Being completely new to PPC and IM.

I started to monitor keywords with your free tool to try and get an understanding of what is going on.

I started one tracking on the 07/07/08 it now says has been going 25 of 30 days.
I started 2 others on the 22/07/08 they now say have been going 10 of 30 days.

I was following the tracking through each day and all seemed to be going ok then suddenly 4 days ago it seemed that all the people that had good ads suddenly all stopped displaying them all at the same time.

i.e. the 7/7 tracking the same top ads where displaying each day until day 21 and since none have been displayed further.
      the two 22/7 trackings each day the top ads showed each day until the 6th day and since also haven't been displayed further.

Now I realize that each day a number of people will stop their ad if it isn't profitable.

But surly not 6 to 8 different ads from different urls all at the same time when these had published them every day in the days before.

So does this mean that hexatrack free version has stopped working 4 days ago for some reason or is there something I'm not getting

Hi...have you updated your data on those projects.
ie are you sure you are seeing the latest version of the data?

If not then update the data and see what you have then.

But yes I am certain I updated the data each day.

I was looking at it every day and clicked on the link to update data each day

So don't understand the data.

If I was just looking at the data from the 7/7 tracking ONLY I wouldn't have thought much of it as there was only 2 ads left that had been going for the 21 days and of course entirely feasible that both could stop same day

But in the 2 other trackings there was between 6 to 8 different ads in each separate tracking (depending on keyword) still going after 6 days. So for all ads across all 3 trackings to suddenly stop on the same day I wouldn't have thought would be statistically likely, but I don't know if that does happen in PPC.

Hence my question

Ps I would say even if they drop off after 21 days you should still be looking at those keywords with
a quick test! :-)

Those people that dropped off may have had some other keywords in
play??? See if you can find those ones then test them also.
It could be they had other keywords say ten in total but found
the ones they dropped off presented the least profitability so they thats why they
dropped em and kept the others....worth checking out
