Hey all!

New here, looks like I may be the first to find the forum.  I am completely stoked to get started with this! 
Anyway, I can't seem to find the PDF that was mentioned on the download page?  What am I missing?

It goes straight to your desktop, but doesnt tell you its just saved a file there...mine was named appropriately googlegoggles.pdf

I assume you gotta move it elwhere and rename or it will get overwrittten if you do the save over and again...

Hmm, well I don't see it.  I followed the instructions to the letter.  ??  Still waiting for support.....
I guess launch day wasn't the best time to have an issue. 

Maybe I'll try reinstalling again, cause I can't seem to log onto GG either.

The PDF goes straight to your desktop.

As for any issues with GG, just email support@hexatrack.com!

Did that, still working on it.   I got a message from support that the issue was fixed so I Loaded GG exited and loaded again to update...........  Still no PDF.  Sad

No PDF here either.  Sent message to customer support, just reporting here too.  I do not feel as dumb knowing others did not get it either!

You sure there is no googlegoggles.pdf on the desktop?

We are working on a way to make it easier to work with this pdf.

Yeah - no PDF here either - installed & re-installed GG - checked & 3x checked desktop.

Just FYI - I've contacted support & I'm sure they'll help me out Smiley

Contact support and we'll see what we can do about it.  Creating the PDF works for 95% of our customers, and some  it doesn't.

It's one of those things that'll be resolved over time.

One thing that comes to ming quickly is, are you an Administrator for your computer?
