i bought the goggles today and when i try to login using my hexatrack login info it tells me i have either installed it on another computer - not true - or that i'm not an authorized user?

It says i have to be a hexatrack pro user to login???

help please - i'd like to play with my new toy.

I'm having the same problem here. Sad 
I logged in just fine at 12:30, but trying again at 4pm it's a no go.

Hi

I had the same problem.  This is what worked for me.  I clicked on forgot my password, link and then reset my password.  That seem to clear up the problem.

There is no "forgot password" on the app.  At least not on mine. 
I'm going to try and reinstall again and see what happens.

Thanks Amish.  I've done that and I'm sure it'll be right as rain in no time at all.  Except for this new hiccup, Hexatrak says my account has been canceled.  I've sent in my issue.  Smiley

If you are a Hexatrack Pro Subscriber, where do you do to download Google Goggles like it says in the blog:

(HexaTrack PRO subscriptions include a free subscription to Google Goggles — download yours in the private HexaTrack PRO membership area if you haven't already.)

Where is this private membership area.. Please help!

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?  I've sent a support request in as well as a ticket, but where it is the day after TG, I likely won't hear back until Monday.  Any other way outside of changing your password that corrects this problem?
