I just installed Google Goggles, entered all the information for an ad I'm running (copied and pasted for accuracy) because I think that's what I'm supposed to be doing (am I?) and I get an error message when I click "Get Score" that tells me there's probably a typo.  There isn't.   What am I doing wrong? Huh

This happens sometimes when you put in Non Standard text.  Instead of copy and pasting, you should try to type them in yourself.

If you still have a problem, email support and tell them exactly what went wrong!

I am having the same problem...I typed in everything as well as coppied and pasted...nothing works...I have sent info to support but have not gotten a response...Getting frustrated so any help would be appreciated.

Had the same problem my first try, then I realized that I needed to type out the destination url starting with http://  Shocked

Same problem here...been working on it for 4 to 5 hours now.  The Get Score button was working earlier today giving me a Quality Score,
 and charting Details, but as far as my PDF Report was not responding. Now I can't even get the Score button to work.  Need to know what's up.  Newt
