Does My Product Owner Hate Encrypted Hexatrack Links?

Hi,
Just set up a new Affiliate Network (Motive Interactive) in Hexatrack and created a new campaign and conversion tracking code. All the link tests work while setting up in Hexatrack but when I actually add the link code to my page I get the MySQL error shown below.

Does this mean that the offer owner does not allow this kind of linking? Or am i doing something wrong on my end?

Update: I tried using another offer from another Network and it worked fine.  So is it the offer or the network that's conflicting with Hexatrack?
