I'm busy trying out ads and landing pages on my website and some things are not clear.

I am getting the impression from the results that Google Goggles works for people who have their own websites and sell their own products.  But affiliates links can be hidden so there's still hope for the rest of us.  I tried removing all exposed affiliate links from a landing page and got the exact same results as I got with the links. So, that leaves me wondering if Goggles is looking at my entire website, not just that one landing page?

I'm getting top marks for things that don't even exist on my website:
Optin Form for instance.  Don't have one.  I do have an rss feed.  Perhaps that's the same thing?
Top marks for 'Biz Pages' - what are those?

I have a Google sitemap but I'm getting a poor score for that.  Some sitemaps are better than others?
Plenty of outbound links on the landing page - poor score for that. I thought it was supposed to work the opposite?

Confused and in need of clarifications.

Hey,

If you DON'T have an opt-in form you will get a better quality score!
Biz Pages are "about us", "contact us", etc.

Sitemap will ONLY pick up if you are using Google Sitemap standards.

Outbound links are NOT the only things that are considered.  There are also INBOUND links!

I could not find how in Hexatrack to hide my affiliate links, so I looked around on the web and came up with some code for redirecting them.  This works for hiding the long ugly links from viewers, but in my tests it didn't seem to work for the Goggles, i.e. it seems Google can see the redirects and still knows they're affiliate links.  A better way?

Right now I'm just running a test page so I can learn the Goggle factors, but when I set up my landing pages with affiliate links, I need to know how to hide them.  If you can offer a foolproof method, please explain in baby-steps as my understanding is still low-tech.

I do have a sitemap as Google says I can, as a simple text document. Apparently there are other more complicated ways but I haven't figured them out yet.  Is a simple text sitemap a complete bust? It seems so.

I used to have incoming links, but just moved my website last week to a new server from an ISP sub-directory.  I had no .htaccess or anything else that would have made it possible to use 301's, so I had to redirect 300 pages one at a time, and lost my page rank and all incoming links in one fell swoop.  It will take some time to build it up again.
