Create new site or direct link?

Hi everyone,

I'm really new with IM and affiliate marketing and am really sorry for stupid questions.

If I'm brokering traffic to CPA or any affiliate products/ service, do I need to create new site with contents related to the product or service or just direct link to advertisers landing page?

My advice is test first and quickly with an Iframed page to the advertisers landing page.
(Pause it before Google gets to it)

Why spend time on a dud offer?
Test first ... when it looks good then do the work, if it looks bad then move on and test another!
