I am finally learning how to create webpages so I can fully promote my programs effectively, but I'm still unsure what my pages should look like. Can anyone give me examples of good landing pages so I will have an idea of what I should be trying to create.  (Again, I apologize that this is a very noob-ish question to be asking but this is the main thing tripping me up right now).

Well you asked a fairly short question Adonis that in fact has a BIG answer that could take weeks to go through fully! lol

May I suggest the following as the best way for you to get your answer...it is to

1. Decide on what your offers are
2. Click on all the top 6 ad word ads for each of your keywords
3. Take a screen shot of each of the urls you land on.
4. Using Hexatrack determine the top 3 advertisers for the key words
and
5. Use there landing url as the basis for what you should be looking at.

More important...and my biggest advice is...forget about landing page design untill you find what appears to be a good
workable offer and campaign first.  IE to start just test offers with an Iframed page simply test for a few days see what traffic you get, what sales and clicks you get.
Do this as fast as posisble...if it looks good then pause the thing beore Google jump on you for the Iframe!
THEN build your landing page / site

And I think that will cost the adword's advertiser alot of wasted $ when you do your research.

There's another way to do it without costing your future peers $ for which you don't intend to buy anything.
"Do unto others...."

Try this:

Right click on the link in the adwords, in Firefox, choose 'copy link location', that will give you something like

Code:
http://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=BLTG6DqDeSPSkH42qwgHjxNzOD7CT41mupqiZBPC30QfwhWEQARgBILZUKAU4AVDBh_
nQAWDJlviM5KTAE6ABi4m6_wPIAQGAAgHZA59vL_cNQ76q4AMQ&num=1&sig=AGiWqtxlvURf-CJDn7jq10afHH8zvdSWkw&q=http://emergedgtl.com/widgets

Paste that onto notepad and then highlight just the part here in red

Quote
http://www .google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai=BLTG6DqDeSPSkH42qwgHjxNzOD7CT41mupqiZBPC30QfwhWEQARgBILZUKAU4AVDBh_nQAWDJlviM5KTAE6ABi4m6_wPIAQGAAgHZA59vL_cNQ76q4AMQ&num=1&sig=AGiWqtxlvURf-CJDn7jq10afHH8zvdSWkw&q=http ://emergedgtl.com/widgets

Then just paste that url into the address bar.

That will save your peers some $ and hopefully the karma will come back to you.

Or you could simply sift through urls using hexatrack Smiley

Hexatrack gives you the destination urls so you can simply click on them.

I agree that clicking randomly on ads without any intent to purchase is not cool.

Great suggestions!!
