Mark as affiliate link OR affiliate landing page

HI, I'm pretty much a brand new Hexatrack user and for the small amount of exposure I have had with it, I feel very optimistic about using it. But, I was wondering, if you click on "Mark as affiliate link OR affiliate landing page", does it mark that site for every keyword that you have in your project in which that adgroup is using?? Thanks.
