Uploading of conversion file

I have tried everything but I cannot get my .csv or .txt conversion file uploaded. I tried this with Clickbooth and Clickbank with their respective conversion files but I still get the message that no conversion file is uploaded.

I'm using the free version but I intend on upgrading soon.
