Started my free account - yet can't initiate a new project

I just got started, but can't go that far.

It seems that on the dashboard page only the Upgrade link is working.

I'd like to start a new project, but all the buttons and text fields that you are supposed to type in are not responding in any way.

I'm confused.

I am in the same boat and looking for answers too.

I started a while back
but now I used 2 out of the 4 projects and I cant add another one it's greyed out,
any suggestions?
